What You'll Do (And Why it Matters)
You will support the growth of our global market presence by driving Enterprise Sales penetration in the North American market. You will deliver on the following:
Identify enterprise opportunities through direct prospecting, lead nurturing, networking and partner relationships.
Negotiate contracts with prospects/clients with an ever-present eye for customer success and ultimately retention.
Manage relationships with your accounts and nurture client relationships.
Monitor KPIs, such as retention rates, satisfaction surveys, etc.
Identify and provide company-wide feedback based on both your field experience and internal engagement.
Keep our CRM (Hubspot) up-to-date.
What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
We are looking for candidates with a rich background in software sales within the Enterprise segment. This typically means you have:
At least 7+ years experience working within a top SaaS company in its critical, product growth phase; you thrive in sales environments dictated by long, intricate sales cycles.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Where You'll Be Based
United States; preferably on the East Coast. CO2 AI Headquarters are in Paris, France.
Your Team
You will report directly to CO2's VP of Sales.
Compensation
50/50 base/bonus split; uncapped variable on commission. OTE depends on experience, and will range from $200,000 to $300,000+.
