As a proactive NetSuite Administrator & System Analyst at Carbon Robotics, you’ll optimize our NetSuite ERP system and support integrations with other business tools. This role focuses on enhancing system functionality, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless business operations.

What you’ll do:

• NetSuite Administration: Manage daily operations, configure and customize the platform, oversee user roles and permissions, and develop workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Systems Integration: Integrate NetSuite with other tools (e.g., CRM, inventory management) and resolve data flow issues.
• Process Improvement: Streamline processes across finance and operations to maximize NetSuite’s efficiency.
• Training & Documentation: Train users, create system documentation, and provide ongoing support.
• General IT Support: Assist with other IT systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+(mid level) &5+ (senior) years as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Expertise in NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics; familiarity with integration tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
• Background in financial processes, accounting, or IT Management
• The published salary range reflects compensation for candidates at both the mid-level and senior-level experience tiers for the NetSuite Administrator role.

The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$115,000—$155,000 USD
