What you'll do
- Pull custom metrics and build analytics reports for enterprise clients to demonstrate Envive's impact
- Create performance review decks that clearly communicate conversion lift, revenue attribution, and key business outcomes
- Build and maintain client health score dashboards to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success and Analytics to answer client questions about their data and resolve reporting discrepancies
- Join client calls when needed to walk through analytics, explain methodology, and troubleshoot data questions
- Design repeatable reporting templates and workflows that scale across the customer base
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand why certain implementations are outperforming others
- Become an expert in Envive Hub and internal analytics tools to support both internal teams and customers
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve data quality, tracking implementation, and analytics capabilities
- Document analytics methodologies, metric definitions, and best practices for the team
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Strong proficiency with Amplitude, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and analysis is a plus but its not required
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, attribution, customer lifetime value)
- Experience building dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
- Ability to QA data, identify discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy
- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand their analytics needs and present findings
- Clear communication skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Quick learner who can master new internal tools and platforms
- Thrives in a fast-moving Series A environment with shifting priorities
Nice to have: Experience with ecommerce marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.), A/B testing and experimentation, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), or customer success analytics.
Location Based in Seattle or New York City (hybrid schedule). Open to remote for right candidate.
