Role Description

We are seeking a senior Deep Learning Engineer with proven expertise in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and experience of more than 4 years in the industry. The candidate must have worked on solving multiple problems, and hands on experience for working with Vision Language Models, LLMs and Multi-modal models.

In this role, you will design and implement AI models and utilize VLMs to perform the tasks focusing on processing visual data. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop scalable, robust solutions that safeguard digital identities and ensure online safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models, i.e., problem formulation, data collection, analysis, modeling, along with AI model training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python programming, PyTorch and TensorFlow ecosystem to develop and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep learning solutions.
• Optimize the developed system performance with the ability to apply knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and multi-processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments and continuously improve system performance.
• Present findings and insights to the management in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay current with the latest developments in the ML community, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience as a data scientist.
• MS in Data Science or Computer Science, or specialization in Deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with the deep learning frameworks i.e., PyTorch and TensorFlow. Firm understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Expertise in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, and experience with voice processing will be a plus.
• Strong grasp of the entire ML lifecycle, from data collection to model evaluation.
• Familiarity with model optimization and quantization methods.
