The Opportunity
PDM Automotive is building the most trusted network in the automotive parts aftermarket. We are looking for a proven connector and deal-maker to launch and own our Growth Partner Program-the engine that aligns manufacturers and resellers to move more product, faster. As the Director of Reseller Relationships you will nurture C-suite relationships, design a repeatable go-to-market playbook, and translate partner feedback into product strategy. Your success will be measured by revenue expansion, program adoption, and the quality of the ecosystem you create.
What You'll Do
- Own the Growth Partner Program - design the operating framework, KPIs, and cadence that make it scale.
- Deepen strategic reseller relationships - become a trusted advisor who understands their category plans, promotional calendars, and data needs.
- Match-make manufacturers & resellers - facilitate catalog, assortment, and category-level collaborations that unlock incremental sales.
- Drive predictable growth - maintain a qualified pipeline, forecast renewals/expansions, and consistently beat quota.
- Influence product direction - channel partner insights to our product and engineering teams; prioritize features that deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute joint GTM campaigns and onboard new partners.
- Report to leadership - provide clear, data-backed updates on program health, risks, and opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in partner management, business development, or category management within the automotive aftermarket (manufacturer or reseller side).
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and adoption targets.
- Deep understanding of automotive parts data, catalog standards, and e-commerce channels.
- Strategic thinker who can translate vision into process and metrics.
- Compelling communicator-written, verbal, and presentation.
- Comfortable with modern sales/CS tech stack and emerging Gen-Al tools.
- People-first leader with experience hiring and mentoring high-performing teams.
