- Build and orchestrate AI workflows that improve CX and sales efficiency

What You’ll Own
AirOps has strong product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Growth Lead.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand and revenue growth in a mix of high-scale and startup environments, and brings together analytical skills, creativity, and a strong bias to action.


  • Develop and execute AirOps’ growth strategy, including user acquisition, engagement, and self-serve + sales-assisted revenue growth
  • Systematically identify and test into lead generation channels, driving execution (including creative with design), measurement and analysis
  • Own the marketing funnel including nurturing, marketing automation, sales qualification and personalized outreach
  • Drive planning for growth strategy, including headcount, channel spend and tooling investments
  • Evolve from experimentation into robust quantitative growth model to develop a clear understanding of growth levers
  • Hire and build a high performing growth team
  • Use the AirOps platform to build and scale our own growth engine

Your Experience:

  • 8+ years of growth, growth product, or adjacent experience
  • GTM Experience with product-led growth and product-led sales motions
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation in a B2B/SaaS technology environment
  • At least 2 years of people management experience and a strong track record of external partner management
  • Track record testing into and scaling new channels in a data-driven and systematic way
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a startup environment where roles and responsibilities are fluid
  • Experience working with generative AI models (e.g., prompting, retrieval) a strong plus

  • You take ownership of ambitious goals, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get into the details
  • You run lightweight experiments for new ideas all the time, and move quickly to scale the things that work
  • You are technically proficient and get a deep sense of satisfaction when you’ve automated a task the team was previously doing manually
  • You have creative ideas on how to engage and nurture prospects
  • You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Willingness to travel up to 1-2 weeks per quarter
