About This Role

Help build one of the most ambitious infrastructure companies of our time. As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Starcloud, you will work at the center of a fast-moving deep-tech startup developing data centers in space. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong judgment and follow-through, and wants to help an experienced leadership team operate at a high level while tackling first-of-a-kind challenges across aerospace, compute, and energy systems.

You will partner closely with the CEO on calendar management, meeting preparation, travel, communications, and day-to-day prioritization. In a company of our size, this role goes beyond traditional scheduling support: you will help create structure, reduce friction, and keep important work moving across internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work will directly improve the CEO's effectiveness and help Starcloud stay focused on executing an unusually ambitious mission.

This is an on-site role, best suited for someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable balancing detail-oriented execution with shifting priorities. If you are excited by the idea of supporting a founder and leadership team building orbital compute infrastructure from the ground up, this role offers the chance to have meaningful visibility, ownership, and impact early in the company's journey.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring time is aligned with company priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics, and related administrative details for the CEO
  • Prepare the CEO for internal and external meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, action items, and follow-up communications
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams, helping track decisions, deadlines, and outstanding requests
  • Support planning and execution for leadership meetings, investor or partner meetings, and occasional company events or off-sites
  • Draft, edit, and organize communications, notes, and documents on behalf of the CEO with accuracy and professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating rhythms, administrative processes, and information flow so the CEO and team can move more effectively
