Senior Software Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and an excellent grasp of low-level and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of networking, security protocols, cloud expertise and extensive experience in system-level programming across multiple operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions, focusing on security, compliance, scalability, and performance
- Develop and optimize network solutions
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate on machine learning projects, including data preparation, model building, and implementation
- Write clean, scalable code using programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java
- Work within AWS cloud architecture, designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Java
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECR, SQS, etc.)
- Expertise with AWS networking (VPC, Subnets, ALB, etc.)
- Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to work in a collaborative and high-ownership environment
- B.A. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
