Velou is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients throughout their journey with our products and services. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and help them achieve their goals through effective use of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the company.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Understand the unique goals and challenges of each customer, and develop tailored success plans to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, offering best practices, troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Delivery, to address customer needs and drive resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and master new software applications and AI technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PIM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software applications.

Pay range: $110k - $130k
