About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is looking to his first role as a Sales Director to hire, build and train our newly created sales outbound team. The team currently consists of 1 SDR and we have budgeted hiring 4 more people in Q2 2026. We are looking for someone that is not afraid of rolling up his/her sleeves and being a player/coach for his team.
More than 1,000 users create an account at Visualping every day from Google, ChatGPT, earned media, word of mouth and most of our sales team is focused on processing these inbound deals. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue, you will be instrumental in developing successful outbound and prospective sales and go to market strategies together with our marketing team.
This is an ideal role for an experienced SaaS and AI sales manager that has the ambition in growing up to become a Sales Director for a 6-10 people team as our sales revenue grows in the next few years.
What you’ll do
- This is a startup role so most of the early efforts will be geared at researching and identifying, with the help of marketing and product development, the most promising outbound opportunities for the company and the go to market strategies.
- Hire, coach and manage a small dedicated outbound team, in addition to your own pipeline, responsible for objective attainment, training, coaching and motivation of the entire team.
- Nurture leads through the sales cycle and convert them into paid Visualping for Business accounts.
- Lead discovery meetings with prospective customers, build trust with clients, and demonstrate how Visualping can effectively solve our prospects' challenges
- Execute diligent follow ups with prospects, plan account reviews, and facilitate regular meetings to keep opportunities moving through your pipeline
- Actively manage prospect trials and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate Visualping's capabilities
- Maintain a healthy and clean pipeline, manage the sourcing of new opportunities, and grow current clients' revenues.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 6-12 years of sales experience
- Team management, team goal setting and attainment experience
- Strategy and operations building focused
- Experience working at a SaaS B2B technology company
- Outbound and inbound sales experience
- Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills (for both internal and external communication)
- Team player and collaborator
- Understanding and adaptability to the many use cases that Visualping supports
- Ability to run demos independently while problem solving on the fly with no technical assistance
- Crystal clear forecast accuracy to maintain deal momentum and internal visibility
- High level of organization for managing a full pipeline
- Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management
- Experience working for a Product Led Growth company is a plus

Compensation:
$150,000 to $200,000 OTE
Attractive base/commission split
