You have high integrity and value transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

How You’ll Contribute:

As our SVP of Finance/CFO at WSL, you will drive financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and support our growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all finance-related functions. This highly collaborative role will help guide the team to be trusted business partners, provide smooth operations, and ensure the financial health of WSL.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; develop and maintain monthly operating budget and WSL annual operating budget.
    • Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and resource allocation.
    • Monitor financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Financial Reporting

    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.
    • Provide transparent and insightful reporting to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, board members, and investors.

Cash Flow Management

    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support ongoing operations and growth initiatives; implement effective cash management strategies
    • Evaluate financing options and maintain relationships with banking partners and investors.

Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage and develop a small, high-performing finance team - fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and development to finance team members.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will have some combination of the following:

  • 10+ years of total finance/accounting experience
  • 4+ years in a SaaS company, leading their financial operations
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field is nice to have
  • Full command of GAAP accounting, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Track record of building diverse, high-performing teams that successfully deliver and scale an organization
  • Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional partnership, specifically with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and Business Operations teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in a remote environment.
