Back End Developer (ZOHO)

Location: OMR, Chennai

CTC: Depends on the Expertise

Experience: Min 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of business requirements and use cases.

2. Applying best practices on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Books and other relevant Zoho

3. Applications to derive best outcomes for our clients.

4. API Integration with other Zoho Applications as well as 3rd Party Applications.

5. Deluge Scripting / Custom functions for complex implementation projects

6. Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Inventory,Books Project, Campaign, etc

7. Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including Zoho Analytics.

8. The ideal person will have to collaborate with the internal teams like Engineering, Onboarding, Support etc.

9. Prior customer-facing experience or ready to communicate with the customers is a plus
