We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Web development and possess a strong knowledge of frontend web technology. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining websites and web applications and ensuring their performance, security, and scalability.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

●       Implement responsive web pages and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

●       Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

●       Implement secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities.

●       Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

 

Website Design and UI/UX:

●       Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly website interfaces.

●       Ensure seamless navigation and intuitive user experience across different devices.

●       Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.

●       Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

●       Optimize website content for performance, including image compression and caching.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

●       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

●       Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.

●       Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

●       Expertise in frameworks such as Next.js/React, Tailwind CSS is preferred

●       Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

●       Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and usability testing.

●       Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.

●       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

●       Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
