Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B business development strategy, identifying and analyzing target markets, potential customers, and industry trends.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BDR team responsible for generating qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing automation platforms like RollWorks and HubSpot.
- Craft compelling value propositions and email sequences tailored to specific customer needs, effectively communicating the unique benefits of our SaaS solution.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize Outreach.io and other sales enablement tools to optimize the sales pipeline and track progress.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and adapt the B2B development strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experience and drive overall company growth.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, ideally within a similar industry or market.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and effective lead qualification techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms like RollWorks and HubSpot, and sales enablement tools like Outreach.io, a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
