Role Summary:

1. Develop visually compelling and effective designs for a range of marketing materials,

including ads, social media, email creative, brochures, etc.

2. Work with the Design Manager to come up with storyboards and illustrations for videos.

3. Collaborate with the team to produce effective landing pages using Figma.

4. Create and edit videos and gifs.

5. Make sure that the creatives produced are aligned with the visual guidelines.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, creatively agile designer capable of rapid turnaround on

projects. This individual must adeptly grasp stakeholder needs and efficiently manage their own

tasks. He/She should be flexible to adapt according to the requirements of the team and should

have a strong understanding and passion for design. Additionally, should be a great team

player.

Skill Sets:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in design.

2. Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective designs across multiple

channels.

3. Excellent visualization skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.

4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within

deadlines.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other members of the

creative/marketing team.
