As the Director of Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth through our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement programs that attract, engage, and retain partners. Your efforts will directly impact our market reach, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner marketing plan that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Design and implement co-marketing programs, including joint campaigns, events, webinars, and content creation.
  • Support all partners within the Zuper ecosystem – technology, implementation, and referral/reseller – globally.
  • Develop content to activate, engage and support our partner seller organizations.
  • Work closely with Zuper’s digital marketing, creative, and corporate communications teams to execute premium programs.
  • Create and manage a partner marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Grow and lead a high-performing partner marketing team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Primary Goal:

The primary goal for this role will be generating leads and pipeline from co-marketing activities (events, webinars, campaigns etc.) as well as supporting pipeline generation through enabling our partner sellers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
