Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Understand, analyze, and validate customer business needs.
  2. Document business processes, use cases, customer scenarios, and functional requirements for implementation.
  3. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, charts, and user stories to provide clarity to the technical team.
  4. Define and communicate scope, milestones, and feasible timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Perform solution modeling, account configuration, data analysis, QA validation, and user training to facilitate successful customer onboarding.
  6. Research customer domains to identify implicit expectations, best practices, and industry standards.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  8. Leverage API integration capabilities, including REST APIs and Call APIs, to enhance solution functionalities.
  9. Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and Python to develop and customize client solutions.
  10. Provide technical consulting and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

  1. Experience in customer onboarding, including requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and verification.
  2. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  5. Ability to take responsibility and be a reliable team member.
  6. Minimum 2+ years of experience in solution engineering or enterprise software implementations (flexible for the right candidate).
  7. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and Python.
  8. Knowledge of API integrations, particularly REST APIs and Call APIs.
  9. Experience managing onboarding processes for both SMBs and Enterprises.
