Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers by understanding their needs, documenting requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to design and implement tailored solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
- Engage with customers to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Team to design and implement customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are met and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Raise feature requests and report bugs to the Product Team, ensuring clear communication of customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and issues in relevant tools and platforms.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to refining the customer engagement strategy.
- Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them maximize value from our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer engagement, implementation, or onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience working with Professional Services Teams or project management methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, task management software, and collaboration platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
