Responsibilities:
- Create and follow a product plan that matches business goals and market needs.
- Manage the product from idea to launch and beyond.
- Research the market and users to find out what customers want and what competitors offer.
- Set product priorities and build a roadmap based on research and feedback.
- Work closely with teams like engineering, marketing, sales, and design to keep everyone on the same page.
- Track how the product is doing, listen to user feedback, and make improvements based on data.
- Help sales and marketing with pricing, materials, and how the product is presented to customers.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good at solving problems and analyzing information.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Deep knowledge of how products are developed and managed.
- Skilled in market research.
- Able to understand technical details.
- Business sense to make sure the product is profitable.
- 5-8 years of product management experience.
