Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) – users, groups, MFA, and access policies
- Manage Office 365 email services, security, and licensing
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Conduct patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation using ManageEngine
- Investigate and remediate malware and Trojan incidents using antivirus/EDR tools
- Monitor systems and servers to ensure availability and performance
- Handle India and US employee onboarding/offboarding, including device and access provisioning
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and operational reports
- Support networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and centralized access points
- Assist with endpoint security, firewall basics, and access management
Technical skills:
- Operating systems : Windows Server OS / Windows / MAC OS / Linux
- Package: Office 365, Tally, Adobe, ERP Soft, Coding Tools
- Networking: Basic Networking essentials,
- Security fundamentals: Anti-Virus (Antivirus server edition)
- Patch Management: Any Patch management tool
- Technical support: Desktops, Laptops & Server
