Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for Zuper's AI-powered field service management platform. In this role, you'll translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, develop differentiated messaging for key industries and buyer personas, and drive successful product launches.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership, you'll create the content, tools, training, and competitive insights that enable customer-facing teams to win more business and accelerate adoption. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
    • Develop product positioning and messaging around features, advantages, and benefits that resonate with target buyers and users.
    • Understand the competitive landscape—be the internal expert on competitors and their positioning; build battlecards, comparison pages, and objection-handling content for Sales.
    • Lead verticalization efforts (e.g., roofing, HVAC, manufacturing): craft ICPs, narratives, and campaigns; plan vertical launches with tailored proof points, assets, and enablement.
    • Collaborate closely with Product on roadmap, beta/GA readiness, and feature-to-benefit translation; bring the voice of the customer to prioritization.
    • Plan and execute new-feature and product launches; manage cross-functional GTM (PM, Design, RevOps, Sales, CS, Partners) with clear goals, timelines, and analysis.
    • Create marketing content that communicates value: web pages, one-pagers, decks, videos, email sequences, and in-product messaging.
    • Build and maintain sales enablement: discovery guides, pitch decks, demo scripts, ROI tools, competitive content; deliver training and measure adoption/impact.
    • Partner with RevOps/Analytics to define KPIs and report on launch and content performance; iterate based on data and field feedback.
What we’re looking for
    • 5–8 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
    • Excellent storytelling and writing—you distill technical features into clear value propositions that resonate with prospects.
    • Strong project management chops; you drive cross-functional work from brief to launch on time.
    • Analytical mindset; comfortable with market research, win/loss, and funnel metrics to inform decisions.
    • Attention to detail with high-quality standards across copy, design handoffs, and enablement.
    • High-initiative go-getter who thrives in a fast, collaborative environment.
    • Excellent people skills—you work fluidly with executives, PM/Eng, Design, Sales, CS, Partners, and third parties to move projects forward.
