Strategic Impact
As a key member of our executive team, you'll:
Own the end-to-end customer journey and P&L for our enterprise business
Convert our initial pilot roster of customers to full enterprise deployments
Build and scale a world-class growth team
Shape our go-to-market strategy and influence product direction
Drive the metrics that matter: customer conversion, expansion, and cost savings
Who You Are
A proven leader with 12+ years of enterprise experience, including significant time selling and implementing complex technology solutions in the benefits/healthcare space
A strategic thinker who has successfully scaled customer-facing organizations from an early stage through rapid growth
A hands-on player-coach who leads by example and isn't afraid to personally drive key accounts while building the team
An expert at navigating Fortune 500 environments, including:
Building and managing relationships at the highest levels (CHRO, CFO, CIO)
Orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Understanding enterprise buying cycles and politics
Driving change management across large organizations
Deep domain expertise in employer-sponsored healthcare, including:
Benefits strategy and plan design
The ecosystem of employers, brokers, TPAs, Carriers, PBMs, and point solutions
Cost drivers and optimization strategies
Current market dynamics and emerging trends
Track record of building trust in innovative technologies and driving adoption in conservative enterprises
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product strategy
What You'll Do
Near-term (First 12 Months):
Personally drive conversion of pilot customers to full enterprise deployments
Build the foundational customer success playbook
Hire and develop initial customer account executives
Establish key metrics and reporting infrastructure
Create scalable processes for implementation, customer success, and growth
Long-term:
Scale the customer success organization to support rapid growth
Develop and execute strategies for account expansion and retention
Build strong partnerships with the broker community
Drive continuous improvement in customer outcomes
Contribute to overall company strategy as a member of the executive team
Requirements
12+ years of enterprise experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven success scaling customer-facing organizations in B2B enterprise software
Deep expertise in healthcare benefits technology or related fields
Track record of managing large enterprise relationships ($1M+ ARR)
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence
Based in Seattle or willing to relocate
Executive presence and outstanding communication skills
