For employees, Avante acts like a personal guide, making benefits simple to understand and use. For leaders, Avante unifies fragmented data and delivers real-time insights so they can improve programs, control costs, and prove ROI.
We are growing quickly through strategic channel partnerships and need a Partner Enablement Manager to ensure our partners successfully sell and implement Avante. This role is about transforming partner commitments into deployed, recurring revenue by building partner capabilities, removing blockers, and driving operational excellence across our channel ecosystem.
Travel: Up to 50%

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Partner Revenue Realization. Own the conversion of committed partner revenue into deployed ARR, monitoring pipeline progression and removing blockers that prevent partners from going live. Ensure partners hit their commitments and optimize time-to-revenue across all partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Build Partner Capabilities. Design and deliver training programs, playbooks, and certification materials that equip partners to successfully sell and implement Avante. Measure partner competency and continuously refine enablement based on performance data.
  • Manage Strategic Relationships. Maintain relationships with key partners (Segal Benz, OneDigital), conduct regular business reviews, and serve as the primary escalation point for implementation challenges. Coordinate cross-functional support and expand partnerships over time.
  • Support Revenue Operations(as bandwidth allows). Own weekly sales forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, create partner performance dashboards, and document processes to support scalable growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Required:
  • 5+ years in partner enablement, channel management, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record converting partner commitments into deployed revenue
  • Strong program design and training delivery skills
  • Experience managing complex partner relationships and resolving operational blockers
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strategic relationship builder who balances partnership with accountability
  • Operationally excellent with strong attention to pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Data-driven with ability to measure and improve partner performance
  • Excellent communicator and trainer who makes complexity accessible
  • Thrives in fast-moving startup environments
  • Bonus Points:
  • Revenue operations or CRM administration experience
  • Background in benefits, HR tech, or healthcare
  • Partner certification program design experience
