We are looking for a talented Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. This role will be responsible for supporting our customers as they onboard with us and ensuring everything is set up correctly within our software. Your main focus will be to help customers drive adoptions of our portfolio of services. As a part of the CS team you will work very closely with sales and our Customer Success teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers. You will be working directly with clients to maintain and grow existing relationships and will identify expansion opportunities with the goal of achieving negative net churn. This position is located in Barcelona. If you are fluent in Spanish, English and French we would love to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, prompt, and high-quality level support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Create internal/client-facing onboarding and support materials
  • Execute daily customer support operations including responding to questions and following up on reported issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Set customer expectations, communicate internally to ensure tasks are on schedule, and offer suggestions to mitigate risks to avoid delays
  • Take customer feedback and liaise with internal teams for product improvement
  • Ensure the transition of the customer to CSMs is smooth

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • 3+ years experience of customer service preferably in the technology or software field
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish or Italian, German or French.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up

The compensation for this role has a range of EUR 25,000 to 28,000 per year.
