This role will own and enhance our revenue tech stack, ensuring integrations, reporting, and forecasting support a scalable, data-driven growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and passionate about revenue optimization through seamless system architecture and automation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Revenue Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability across sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • CRM & Tech Stack Management: Own and maintain Salesforce, along with our revenue-related tools (e.g., Pardot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker), ensuring data integrity, automation, and reporting accuracy.

  • CPQ Implementation & Management: Support and manage Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools within Salesforce to improve pricing accuracy, streamline quote generation, and reduce sales cycle time.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue performance.

  • GTM Team Alignment: Implement seamless integrations and lead handoff processes between marketing, sales and customer success, optimizing lead scoring, attribution modelling, qualification, conversion tracking and health scores.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Assist leadership in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to improve workflows and enhance productivity, including deduplication of large datasets and operational workflow creation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology-driven company.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot) and other tools (e.g. Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Looker, Google Tag Manager).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce to support pricing, quoting, and deal desk operations.

  • Deep understanding of revenue metrics, attribution modelling, forecasting, and sales funnel analytics.

  • Experience with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization, including managing large-scale data deduplication and integrations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align multiple teams toward a common revenue goal.

  • Self-starter mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a bonus if you have:
