Owl.co is on the lookout for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role within our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our leadership team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Owl Labs, you will be a driving force behind our lead generation efforts, focusing on building and managing a robust sales pipeline. Your role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and ensuring the success of our Series B growth initiatives.


  • Lead Generation Mastery: Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and qualify potential leads through strategic research, outbound prospecting efforts, and targeted outreach.
  • Pipeline Building: Own the end-to-end process of building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Owl Labs' growth objectives, providing valuable insights into market trends and customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management Expertise: Implement best practices in pipeline management, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates.


  • Demonstrated success in a BDR or similar role, particularly in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques, with a focus on creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, showcasing a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Base salary range: $70,000 - $130,000

The total compensation for successful candidates will be determined based on various factors such as education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and this thoughtful evaluation will be conducted during the selection process to ensure a fair and competitive offer tailored to each individual's unique qualifications and contributions.
